Receivership

For commercial and income producing properties, you may rely on us as your temporary receiver and property manager.  During the pre-foreclosure process, once appointed as receiver, we will step in and collect any monies from tenants, handle accounts payables/receivables, provide detailed accounting reports, and act as tenant liason.  During this period, our goal is to ensure that we capture all potential income for the satisfaction of the mortgage, and to maintain the value of their collateral asset.
